Scoops gives enough energy for a workout. A third scoop is noticeable without feeling overly jittery. I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine so 1 scoop is enough for me.
Cons
Only the green apple one was sent without a seal underneath the top of the tub. It doesn't qualify. The apple flavoring is ok, but the artificial sweetener flavor is overpowering.
I recommend if only you like dyes in your body but not for me the performance over my other one is much better the first time use. Unhonestly really disappointed. Will not purchase again. Definitely do not recommend.
