If you're new to the hobby, this is honestly the best start you could have. The game itself is awesome and tons of fun. It’s easily my favorite recent rpg purchase.

The game looks ridiculously fun. It plays very differently than dungeons and dragons or any d20 system.
The system doesn't get bogged down in numbers bloat. The dice are easily readable at any level. The gm has it easier in this game as they have few dice rolls.
Cons
Our reasons boil down to personal preferences, which won't necessarily mirror the preferences of everybody else. I suppose if everyone in the group is of a similar mindset, then the blades system can work. Low quality product.

I made a whisper character and the guide and i did not agree on how ghosts or other creatures worked and the book was made to be more open “you make the details”
