There are also wires for a dimmer but no real instructions on how those should be left if not using a dimmer or what type of dimmer would work operate this light

They only illuminated about halfway to the building

I would estimate that if this light was mounted just 10 feet up it could match the previous lights distribution that was 33 feet up
