Pros

Build quality is really sturdy and fits well onto my 45 pound plates. Fits perfect into one 45 olympic bumper. V grip for rows is nice.

When used in conjunction with the floor apparatus the system provides natural range of motion while providing peace of mind and stability. Landmine exercises are so easy to set up now instead of propping the olympic bar into a large dumbbell.

This setup is very versatile. It is easy to use. Easy to attach.

The v-bar attachment is a nice bonus too. Great add to my center.

Cons

The screw that tightens to keep the barbell from shifting in the shaft snapped off while tightening it. How am i suppose to work out if the anchored side keeps popping out of the holes of the plates?
