Pros

Great tasting water with easy installation. Chloramine flavor still showed up strongly when i would carbonate the water from our previous system.

Easy to install. Easy to change out canisters. Easier to swap the two canisters than the ones in an ro system. New body is easier to install the cartridges, so i definitely like that.

The filter fits perfectly under the sink and also is easy to install. Hooked up to separate faucet and to fridge. Having filtered water on demand at our sink is a nice little luxury.

Cons

Only one of the filter cannisters was shrink wrapped and the other was damaged. All the fittings and parts were in a ziploc bag. It produces hazy water with particles and has from day one and for the first few months.
