Pros
Supports your arm ergonomically and is very soft and breathable. The memory foam is great your arms just sink into them and mold to the shape. Having the softer arm rest is a nice improvement over the plastic arms on the chair.
The velcro straps for installation are a nice quality as well so they aren’t scratchy. They fit my work chair perfectly. They do slide and get pushed to the side so i do readjust them at least once a day.
C'est mou, confortable et procure un réel soulagement aux coudes. Avoir su je les aurait commander avant. I have cubital tunnel and this product has been a lifesaver.
The breathable mesh cover is machine washable. The mesh cover is so soft aka no skin irritation!
Seems to cradle the elbow more comfortably. Doubling its thickness gives the right height. The arm rest pads from the chair arm rests to the correct ergonomic height.
Cons
One foam is firm and the other is soft and squishy. The straps are not designed to fit under the arms of a chair. There is no way to remove the strap once it is attached.
Broke after 2 months, no support from manufacturer, buyer beware. Didn't look for warranty. Buy at your own discretion.

It was easy to put on and readjust but as others have said the velcro hooks are right there on the inside of the arm facing your body which means its either scratching the skin of my arm or grabbing my clothing

The pad generally doesnt shift around once placed

Despite them being labelled left and right there is no forward or backward to the shape the logo is in the forward position but thats it

The velcro strap has a bit of a loop at one end that is supposed to cover the exposed hooks but its pretty clumsy and i ended up turning mine around anyhow so that the excess was on the outside of the arm and not facing me
