Pros

I recommend this bag to all those who want to get a good cardio workout in when the weather is bad outside or just for everyday fitness. This punching bag is really nice. It is very heavy so make sure what it’s being secured to is heavy duty.

Hitting this bag is satisfying as it has snappy and sloshy characteristics. Installation is easy as long as you have a hose to fill the bag. The bottom semisphere is very solid due to water and gravity.

Cons

I'm not sure what the warranty is because i've discarded the box and paperwork. I'm sorry to say that i was wrong because i’m expecting a lot of resistance/resilience sturdiness and hitting absorption and that is not exactly what you get.

Once the bag is hanged, it's difficult to add water through the small hole. Never even punched it once. Either it is not meant to be hung outdoors or not meant. To be punched.

Today mine ruptured today which is just over a year since i began using this product

Dont forget to buy 16oz bag training gloves and wrap your hands

Awesome heavy bag at half the price of the traditional one

Destroyed several pairs of cheap sanabul century and title gloves to get to this point
