The lid came damaged on the corner but when i contacted the seller they sent the replacement right away

The border a little large to fit the anova clamp i had to fully unscrew it to place it into the container but a minor issue

As for customer service the lid arrived with a broken lift tab

I took off another star for the rack

Sry sturdy but the top bar that is supposed to stop the food from floating is too long and does not hold together on the rack
