The lid came damaged on the corner but when i contacted the seller they sent the replacement right away.

However, the plastic lid did did not work with our sous vide.

The plastic lid was too thick and didnt allow our sous vide to fit onto the container.

The border a little large to fit the anova clamp, i had to fully unscrew it to place it into the container but a minor issue.

As for customer service, the lid arrived with a broken lift tab.

I was unable to fully used the lid with my anova sous vide and to be honest it could be because of operator error.

I took off another star for the rack.

Sry sturdy but the top bar that is supposed to stop the food from floating is too long and does not hold together on the rack.
