Product is garbage. Pole is not compatible with any flag besides what they sell.
This flagpole only works on sleeved and grommeted style flags. The pole only attaches at the top, so the flag gets tangled on a windy day. The wood is very light weight compared to an older wood flagpole.
The pole is not sturdy or durable. I like the length but the durability was very week. It broke snapped in half less than a year and a half old.

First let me remind you that this pole if for flags with a sleeve in them that the flag slides on to and not a double gromet flag that attaches at the top and bottom

The wooden pole has a nice finish to it and so far it has been through snow high wind and heavy rain with no discernable deuteriation

I had to shim the mount to get the thumbscrew to tighten up on the pole not a big problem to do

While i was disappointed it was 5 or 6 34 shorter than my other pole it is sturdy wood
