Pros

The value this runner offers is exceptional. Its realistic look and texture are a pleasant surprise. Anyways,, it is great.

The ease of cleaning is a game-changer. It blends seamlessly with the surroundings. It dries quickly and looks good as new.

The color is hideous, it wrinkles because it is so thin, the backing is substandard and smells horrible. It was printed as 2 feet x 5 feet.

This is the cheapest worst turf i have ever seen. It looks ok from a distance but we wanted to use it as an ad-hoc mini golf surface and it's just not going to happen with this material.

The grass blades are less than 3/8”. We stapled it down but no matter how tight we pull it, it's just uneven and not possible to smooth out. Now, my only recourse is to try and cut this to the proper size or toss it.
