This isn’t a deal breaker for us. Bought this after xmas a year ago, and set it up today. This is the same brand that costco sells.

It is a very nice tree once it was fluffed. Minimal fluffing necessary. Only issue is we had a hard time getting a tree topper on.

Highly recommend. Great value for the money. It's a perfect tree. I would highly recommend it.

Cons

Cheap overseas product. Polygroup company that distributes this product has the absolute worst customer service! I note that a lot of the positive reviews have been from a year or two ago, buyer beware.
