Heating of the rods are great considering it is 800 watts but the plastic quality is bad it will definately break if it fall on ground

It got stopped working 2 to 3 times but got service very fast and it was changed

Base too much length not reaches foot

I purchased this in january 2018 and its still alive with only one rod working
