Quality
A huge improvement over stock the fan is barely noticeable and for the pricepoint i would recommend this product
With that said i did have to shop around to find a fan with the correct dimensions so it may not work ideally to cool every product
The temperature of my overclocked gtx 970 was brought down from mid70s to mid60s so i cant argue with the results
Competitiveness
On one of my older systems 4 year old quad core amd i picked up a evga geforce gt 730 4gb ddr3 128bit
Thats the only reason i marked it less than 5 stars and its still a great value at the price
Did the test twice because the hdd was transmitting vibration to the table and tricking the sensor to a 26db ambient

Also be aware that it uses a molex power connector not a 4pin fan connector so the speed of the fan cannot be adjusted once installed i

Previous blowers were noisey and did not move a sufficient amount of air

The card being cooled was not a video card but a sas2 expander meant to be cooled in a server

There is a design flaw where somehow i cannot get it to secure tightly on the pci slot as with other reviewers commented on

They shouldve made the bezel have two openings because the double sized fan takes up two slots anyway

In my computer case the only good place it would fit was the bottommost slot
