Pros & Cons
Pros
Gauze comes in little individual sealed packets which keeps it aseptic and convenient to store in med packs or other places. Needed gauze rolls for use after ankle surgery. These are wrapped nice to keep them sterile.
Cons
Third-party sellers on amazon seem to offer more poor quality products every day. Description says’ sterile’, made in china. The intense smell of these bags is so overwhelming.
The material is thin, cheap and very loosely woven. If you stretch it, the holes of the cheap weave get bigger. Amp; makes it useless for wrapping anything!
This stuff starts to snag and disintegrate the second you start to unroll it. Even sticks to its packaging.
Highlights
Quality
I’m using this bandage on my dog who has bilateral splints i’m very happy with the quality of this bandage
I had a toe amputated and after the initial dressing became contaminated i replaced the dressing with this product
The product came in a sealed box and each roll of gauze is individually wrapped
This is a decent product but i would prefer more yardage on each roll
Packaging/appearance
I like the sterile packaging and the are easy to store
Half the packaging is paper so it aint waterproof completely
The box came squashed but the contents were fine
Competitiveness
Thinner than name brand but you cant beat the price
