If your bd is more than 14 inches or so it wont muffle both heads

They work the stickstrips keep them in place and theyre better than pillows as they clarify the kick punch and eliminate sustained resonance and excessive boominess but dont compromise the actual tone of the kick drum in doing so

Ive had one and gigged with it for a decade ripping it out and reapplying it countless times and finally the velcro adhesive got so dirty it wouldnt stick to the kick anymore

No matter how you may move the drum around it always has the correct amount of dampening

This pad is nice reminds of the old procushion the idea is it flops off the head from the impact and flops back to dampen it like an acoustic gate with a hold setting
