Pros

It's less work and quicker, especially if you're wanting to make enough for a large crowd. The recipes are well written, easy to follow and oh so yummy. The ingredients are easy to find and can be easily substituted in most cases.

This is a great cookbook for beginner/intermediate cooks who need basics on how to cook tex/mex food. I am from mexico and the food on this book is outstanding. El libro esta excelente.
