Pros

It seems very comfortable and cushiony. This topper “holds you up” while providing just the right amount of sinking in for a supportive cushion effect.

Don't worry about the smell, it is not as morose as people describe it. This heavenly piece of cloud is the milk of the poppy. It even has a pleasant scent when you unwrap it.

Cons

It's somewhat hard and does not provide anywhere near 3 inches of padding. Even after laying it flat for hours, laying down on it and getting back up, the foam away from the edges is no more than 2 inches thick.

Most pads have some odor and require airing out, but this odor is very strong even after 48 hours of being outside. Buy a duro med convoluted bed pad instead.

As far as the quality goes its a very good memory foam mattress

My husband says it feels good and it definitely helps with the pressure on his buttocks

Actually i put it on with the bumbby side up and it was awful
