Just soak and it plumps up with cold water

I bought 2 and place one in a plastic bag with water in a cooler then switch it out when the one im wearing is no longer cool

This cooler arrived in a very tiny package and when i took the item out i was dubious because it seemed there would not be enough of the beads inside

Update i ended up purchasing 2 of this item ups lost the first one i ordered reorder item and received 2nd order then a week later the original order was delivered not the vendor or amazon’s fault i blame ups

Have used one of the two scarfs twice first use was great and well worth the price however during the second use the crystals leaked out of the scarf so i threw it away
