The assumptions were two leds with the ends of sticks luminous inside against that played only one visible electrode on each side something remote phosphor uv diode without phosphor closed spaced phosphor which glows with ultraviolet light or some very clever cog chip on glass technology in which the board is a glass substrate and the track and all the electronics soldered to the glass

There are four filaments inside the bulb

I might have gotten a strange bulb but with a soft glow on i can see the seam that goes up both sides of the glass
