This bag is awesome, fit our 10x10 ez up canopy perfectly, the one that came with the ez up had fallen apart.
Although i really like the 12x12 ez up i bought a few years ago, the case for it was somewhat under-engineered.
Price
Original canopy in total cost 150, replacement bag (although i have to say it’s much better) cost 40.
It also was about 1/5th the price of buying one from ezup directly .
Packaging/appearance
Our original caravan storage bag for our 10 tent had holes and the zipper broke so we needed a replacement.
Competitiveness
I also purchased a eurmax replacement canopy top and it is also sturdier than other popular brands so i am happy with these products.
This replacement is 100% better - yes it fits a 12x12 ez up perfectly.

The original case that came with our ez-up was tough to use because it only zipped around three short sides, so it was necessary to stuff the canopy assembly into it – and because it was tight, the seams eventually came apart.

The factory zipper broke quickly even though we seldom used the ez up.

Edit: welp, in the past month, the darn zipper broke, and we have not figured out how to get it back on track.

Since we don't use it for a canopy tent bag, i'm not too shocked that the added stress on the zipper caused it to go off track.

It’s really long, so i’m sure it would fit the most annoying of pop up tents.
