They began to give me a small headache after having them in for a few minutes but this could just be because im not accustomed to wearing this type of ear plug

These do help immensely with lowering the volume of sounds around you while not completely muffling them

I always try different plugs because i want to hear the music but minus the ringing and hearing loss

If you have them in your ear in such a place to create a seal retrieving them is somewhat difficult
