Kit comes with 1 long strap for upper arm or somewhere wider than your wrist. Short strap ideal for wrist or ankle. Comes with 2 strap sizes (one for wrist and one for arm) - both are sturdy.

I work in the healthcare industry which require you to work ‘bare below the elbows’ to follow infection prevention protocols i am not keen on standard fob watches and the fob style attachments you can get for apple watches don’t seem to have good reviews
