Pros
It really is amazing how much dirt it collects. Works on our upstairs carpet without throwing itself down the stairs. Only slight negative is that i have pale grey kitchen units.
The g30 is truly more self-reliant - much like a cat. It isquieter than a regular hoover which is a good thing. It's funny how we are getting attached to this little thing and cheer it on as it makes it back to dock. Whilst entertaining the cat!
It relies on a final anticlockwise sweep of the periphery to pick up debris. Only issue is hair around the rollers, but if you buy one, keep cleaning the filter, rollers to maintain efficient cleaning.
Eufy g30 edge is an incredible robot vacuum for the price. I am mightily impressed so far. Been looking at a robovac for some time and finally bit the bullet. Amazon customer service is second to none.
Cons
It seems to be built poorly as looking at the connection point of the plastic to the screws it is way to thin and flimsy. I am very disappointed and sad this product does not live up to its expectations.

Competitiveness
Especially that theyre providing a similar if not better product experience than its competitors for a lower pricepoint
I occasionally do a proper hoover but these eufy products do a great job
I thought about the pros cons of a robot vacuum for about a year i should have just bought a eufy a year ago
Sunlighti’m sure this has been reported elsewhere these eufy units will recoil from bright sunlight

We had the robovac g30 edge for about 10 months that was used daily and it suddenly started making a very loud noise when in use
