Pros

The robot vacuum does a good job of vacuuming up the dry stuff and damp-cleaning all in one pass. Once complete, the manual effort of damp mopping with a microfiber head mop starts. It's great for hardwood and low-pile carpet.

The eufy wet-dry floor vacuum is an excellent home appliance. We used to have the old hand held dust buster, this is a huge upgrade. It is lighter so it swivels easier than my old vacuum.

This thing is the best! Hopefully this helps! Sorry i know this got off topic. As with all anker products, excellent customer service.

Cons

The whole vacuum just feels very underwhelming and cheap. It performs worse than a $40 dustbuster. It is incapable of * up dirt, dust bunnies, crumbs, etc.

The suction is almost non-existent. It's bent and such an annoyance. It is actually kind of smeary.

The battery life is bad. If you use anything higher than the lowest setting it dies insanely quick.

Overall, it is tedious and inefficient to use. Do not recommend.

It was my first eufy product and upon receiving it it was apparent to me this was a quality unit that was well thought out

I have had a eufy stick sweeper for quite a few years and it was starting to die

Update to original reciewamazon took longer than expected to issue a replacement but it was after christmas so a bit tk be expected
