Pros
I'm wide shouldered and the bag is perfect for me. Only downside is because i am 5ft6 the bag restricts me slightly when i look over my shoulder. It also has padding when on your back to allow for air flow and ventilation.
The styling is excellent for a cyclist as the reflection qualities at night make one shockingly visible. High vis patch is a nice touch. Good reflectivity too.
The material and rollable pouch opening make it extremely waterproof. I actually have the bag permanently prepacked for weekend stays. It is waterproof and has been used in the rain several times.
The bag is very spacious and has a nice side pocket for laptop / ipad. Has enough room for office clothes plus a big lever arch file and a folder. The removable sleeve on the inside is a great touch, fits my lenovo x390 perfectly.
Cons
Workmanship of this rucksack is extremely poor. After cycling for 11 hours, i was immediately disappointed after finding multiple flaws. Laptop slot barely fits a 13 laptop. It's only 10l bag, not like it's says 20l.

I returned the product and got it replaced and the handle is now fine

The bag is white not reflective the grey patches are the reflective areas but the bag will be well seen when night riding
