Pros

It's a slim bag which is pleasing. Strong and waterproof. But it's reflective and can easily be seen at night.

The chest strap and waist clip are very durable and comfortable. The buckles are strong and it’s easy to pack a bit more in and still lock it down easily. No leaks or issues so far.

Cons

Laptop slot barely fits a 13 laptop. Workmanship of this rucksack is extremely poor. After cycling for 11 hours, i was immediately disappointed after finding multiple flaws. It's only 10l bag, not like it's says 20l.

All clips, straps & zippers are solid.

The bag is easy to mount & dismount, clips are great and easy to use/lock into place and tighten.

It would benefit from mesh pockets, and the velcro pocket thing which fits inside is pretty much useless

The inner laptop compartment is a complete joke and in no way functional.

Packaging/appearance

The front pocket should be packed first.

It’s very difficult to pack it after the bag is full and it actually can be painful on your hand!
