Pros

Bought these new ethernet cables and hit the jackpot @ 2. I have cable and a crimper, but sometimes it's just easier and more aesthetically appealing to buy ready made cable. I expect this one to outlive me.

The speed is like day and night. Channel selection is almost instantaneous. Video loads much faster, no more buffering, fast rewinding and fast forwarding. It's for a hardwired connection.

Cons

I wonder if the wiring inside the cable is cca (copper clad aluminum), and not 100% copper. It's distasteful to include a coupon (with no expiration date) and then not honor it.

One of the cables in the two pack doesn't work, router is unable to see it as being connected into the isp device. When i go online to redeem, i get a program is no longer active message. I was shipped 2, 10 foot cables.
