It seems almost nothing will stick to polyethylene which is why mechanical fasteners are often used for perminantly attaching pe vapor barriers to concrete

It is nearly impossible to pull the tape away from the pe sheeting once it makes contact

In my experience it will stick to rough and uneven concrete but the seal is better if the surface is is clear of dustdebris

It is very sticky you need to make sure that what you are putting down is where you want it because you will not move it once it touches the surface

Whatever proprietary recipe they have for adhesion is second to none

The adhesive comes away from the tape fairly easily and the tape does not rip you have to cut it
