My feeling is that while the feature seem nice the temperature does not seem to track quickly to the temperature of the meat
It appears it took too long to read the temperature
We used it on steaks and the reading was very low even though steaks were done
The fork did not reach medium 160 f for medium and the steak was looking pretty well done
