No smudge is a lie if you have oily skin its going to smudge regardless and pool at the corners of your eyes not at all cute

I did not think i would ever find a eye liner that didnt make me look like a raccoon after an hour of use but this does not smudge it glided on so smooth and not to mention

I apply my eyeliner to whats known as the waterline of the eye the inside of the bottom eyelid
