I tested the device out on another old tv at my parents house and it works really well with very clear image for something on an old tv quality is what you expect so the problem was definitely not the device

I bought this converter from amtovleu last week so i could connect my laptop to my crt tv but was dismayed that i could only receive a black and white display

When we did install it we were having some issues with picture quality which we were not sure was down to the product or other connectors and cables
