This product really helps with my menstrual symptoms. It helps to lessen the severity of hot flashes and it helped with brain fog as well. Used for surgically induced menopause after tumour/ hysterectomy.
Cons
Hot flashes are still there and i'm still grumpy and irritable. Back to hrt, which is the only thing that seems to actually work.
