Pros

Device is about the size of my thumbnail and just plugs in and goes. It's responsive, even though it's plugged into the back of the box. It is similar to usb plugs for optical mice & bluetooth usbs as well.

Cons

The truth is probably somewhere inbetween. My callers still hear me very faintly, as if in a tunnel. Barely detectable audio volume even with the mixer and gain settings maxed out.
