Pros

C with no acid. Some other buffered c still upsets my stomach, though not nearly as much as non-buffered. This is a very easy to * and digest vit c supplement.

Product has helped myself and many of my gal pals with their stubborn colon problems. Helps to reduce bloating and gives a natural bowel movement in the morning. The capsule is large but can be swallowed with more water.

Cons

As a senior citizen i find large pills very difficult to *. Unfortunately, when i tried to return, it says that this item is not available for return.
