It's too grippy, and the way it opens up means if you're wearing anything synthetic, beware of it catching onto your clothes and damaging it. I have e-mailed the manufacturer on the address they list on their website on 11th of november.

The rucksack is well made and seems very durable with space for everything with so many well placed compartments
It’s relatively new so can’t comment on durability but it seems sturdy enough to last a good while
