Pros

Everything by frida is a win. The frida peri bottle is my favorite part. The ice pads last so much longer than the ones they give you at the hospital.

The underwear are not bulky and so much more comfortable to use than the mesh underwear when wearing a large pad. The stretchy underwear are so comforting. The * are washable and may last 2-3 wears. The pads were so relieving.

The liner pads and foam work very nicely together and are super soothing. The pads alone are a life saver. The soothing pad wipe thing is very soothing.

The ice packs are pretty much the same as what they have in the hospital. There isn't the same amount of each product in the pack, so it gets used up at different rates. I wish these were more affordable for women because the items really do help.

Cons

This kit is extremely overpriced. The pricing makes absolutely no sense. A peri bottle is not included, so the kit is actually $2 more than buying these items individually.
