The quality is very good and works like a champ.
I'm glad that i found this product.
You have to mess with the suction for a second to get it to stick but once tub is full it stays.
I was at first pretty surprised by the size of the cover and how there were all these tiny suction cups.
Price
There's a lot of these on amazon and you can pay a lot more but this one is exactly the same as most of them without the cost.
Packaging/appearance
Just be sure to stick it on before filling the tub, otherwise water gets inside and it still leaks out of the overflow drain.

The previous one was from a different company and was almost impossible to stick on bending over for minutes at a time to push each suction button over and over but would fall off half way through the bath 90 of the time
