Cons

The tea tree oil and rosemary are questionable. The rosemary has a menthol scent and the tea tree smelled like pine-sol. The scents smell watered down.

Customer service is very deceiving and misleading. Very poorly packaged. This is disturbing since i’ve been buying oils since the 90s and never encounter a mislabeled item.
