Am very happy with the product i received
This is the only drawback i have about this product
The supplied bolts didn’t fit well with the existing toilet seat brackets the are a modern style with inserts
I did buyuse rubber washers on top of the bowl with the metal washers on top as suggested in another review
Price
Is a bit higher than most which might be a problems for some

Arrived in great packaging and once opened it felt firm and sturdy

I was unable to use because the bolts that hold it on were too large to go thru my toilet seat and i could not find one that would work

As others have stated the diameter of the included hardware for mounting 38 is too large to fit a standard toilet seat

My solution was a quick trip to the hardware store for a pair of 1420 x 6 panhead screws and some neoprene washers which allowed me is mount the riser using the original toilet seat and nuts without having to drill anything

The only other issue is the caps to cover the screws cant be closed as washer is too big

Some kind of size poor seal

I would have rated it a 5 star however it does not lift once mounted and therefore must be removed in order to clean the bottom of it
