The lock is a flat foam rubber covered plastic piece attached to a large plastic screw

Problem 1 the foam rubber cant really grip the pocelain rim of the toiletbowl

I removed the toilet seat but you dont actually have to do that but will have to prop it up

I did it mainly for looks because the seat was old anyway so i threw it away

The front lock mechanism could be a little better by changing the shape so it would try to lock under the front lip of the toilet bowl but while your weight is on the seat it will not slide at all
