This cookbook is amazing! The author uses a lot of herbs and spices. It is great to have this awesome recipe book by a registered dietician, which makes me trust her and her recipes and dietary advice even more!

They’re like savory, cheesy, nutty shortbread. There are brief informational bits included with the ingredients list and straightforward directions.

No seasoning was called for in the dressing. Another person who enjoys more vegetables and seafood than i do may like this cookbook more. Disappointing there's no pictures.

    I wanted to like the meal plans each week and use the shopping list but my daughter isn’t into a few of the meals so i have to figure out which ingredients to remove from the list by checking out each recipe page
