Massage is cool, although i don't use it as it scares my lap dog. Massaging feature is more of a vibration but that’s what i was expecting. Love the heat and massage features, cup holders, large storage pockets and remote pocket.

For the price it's awesome! Overall appearance excellent. Very pleased - great price.

Bought this about a week ago for my nursery. Nice medium sized chair. It's a fun chair for those of us who have ants in their pants.

The footrest bends way inward at an angle when you are trying to put it back down. My knees stick upwards if i don't recline, and if i do, my feet stick over the footrest. You cannot partially recline - it's all or nothing.

The picture is deceiving. This chair is not leather, it is fake leather and a very flimsy thin stretchable fake leather at that. The customer service is *!

Contacted seller and was sent a new one hassel free. Tried to return it and would cost over $200-$300 in shipping and “restocking” fees. That's $400 down the drain after taxes.
