Pros
Quality steel and intelligent design make this a well made pitcher. Seems pricey for what it is but delivers as promised.
Cons
Espro manufacturing has serious defects and zero qa. Like another reviewer said, there is a rough flaking seam or groove all the way around near bottom of pitcher. You can't see inside the jug to get an accurate read on the milk level.
I wish it had better instructions, and not just directing you to youtube, as ususal. Also graphics are different than the original and different than depicted in manufacturer description section on the product offer page.

I use a thermometer and its not as easy to see the milk with the small top opening

It was hard to control the expansion phase with a 4 hole steam tip

I switched back to the 1 hole steaming tip i used previously and have much more control in the expansion phase
