Pros

I live full time in my rv and it fits perfectly! It looks great. It looks as though this will be a good, long lasting machine. Very satisfied and happy with my purchase.

This is a great combo maker for the money. Only complaint is that it is not intuitive, and the instructions are trash. I have tried 4 combo machines, this one looks the best.

Cons

It fails miserably in the ability to pour liquid out of the pot. The carafe design requires a super slow pour or it dribbles.

The real disappointment in this machine is the under warranty customer service. Seems ridiculous for an issue that is obviously a manufacturing failure.

I had a question for customer service so i sent an email and received an immediate response

Between texting and emails the problem was resolved with them sending a new water tank that day via ups

Stated used open box but product in excellent condition

We now are faced with replacing the machine and will go for another brand with better replacement warranty

The water container is slightly more of a pain to refill than the delonghi but not bad
