I just dont understand why manufacturers dont have normal users read the instructions and comment on them before sending them out with the product

I did contact the manufacturer and ask for clarification on the instructions and was told that the chair does not perform every function that the instructions describe

Performance the chair will do multiple functions and we found that to change the selected function you need to stop the chair turn it off and on again to reset then select the function you want it to perform
