Other cheaper xenonflash timing lights ive purchased did not flash reliably at engine speeds much above idle at fulladvance engine speeds around 3000 rpm just where you really need them to work they would only flash intermittently or not at all

This is a great timing light i do not even own one that connects to the battery of the vehicle

I love self powered timing lights you never have to worry about the extra cables to the battery getting in your way or water or fan while you are watching timing marks

It worked great very convenient since its self powered and just the single wire and it doesnt matter if its a 6 volt or 12 volt system

This timing light was ode red to replace the pos msd timing light i ordered a few moths ago
