I ordered this item since the keeper on the buckle end of my original watch band broke after 4 years

The shipping was incredibly fast and efficient and the band was great however the metal frame on the first item i received had a hole provided for the fastener to clip into which was just a smidge off of perfect and so the band would not stay attached
