Pros

The fit and finish is superb. Completely outclasses anything from cold steel, gerber or buck. The knife is beautiful but not so much that you are afraid to use it. It holds the knife securely. Esee sticks by their quality and craftsmanship.

I have 3 different ones and all are still going strong and though a little pricey. The warranty is second to none and i'm confident i'll be well taken care of if this blad ever does break. And lastly, it's made in america.

First off. Highly recommend. It’s my first one. Great knife. Excellent buy. I shoukd know. Just buy this knife. It's excellent. I highly recommend.

Micarta scales are nice and durable but they do hold dirt and oil more than wood or nylon. I like the linen micarta handle much better than the 3d contoured handle.

Cons

Warning contains lead, vanadium, sulfur, nickel and chromium. The fatal problem with this knife is bad ergonomics. Very displeased that the prop 65 warning was not mentioned anywhere on amazon.

I was pleasantly surprised when i got this out of the box

I like the cost the design the packaging and of course the warranty

I removed the powder coating and shined it to a mirror shine

Longer and lighter than a esee 5sold

I made a kydex sheath and got the pouch to carry my leatherman and bit kit

This wont be my last esee knife
