If you want hss check your cameras instruction manual and check your camera supports hss

The only niggle i have is hss does not work wireless off camera with the remote trigger especially for nikon cameras

I have not been able to get my neewer flash trigger to sync and fire this flash so whether a flash commander will work with this flash i do not know
