I dont know whether or not paying customers get this or not but all i received was the roller and then there was a brief video on the product page which shows a woman going through a couple of moves while a man tells you why its a good roller
This hard roller is supposed to be used by advanced users theres a pink soft roller for beginners according to the video but i was a complete novice and it therefore took me a little while into the 30day trial period to get used to balancing on it
