Pros
Set workout contains the deck, strongbox, and recovery. If you are low on space this thing works. It is like 10 things in one. This thing is awesome!
Great stability and sturdiness. Nothing flimsy about it. A little heavier than i expected.

Can be used for so many from different positions for lifting to a step/ jump box. Would love one more “in between” incline setting. Storage is a wonderful added bonus.
Cons
Too hard on the back. Adjustability is a bit clunky. Debating whether i should leave it in the garbage room, ya know, cause one man's junk is another man's treasure.

However the rubber on the bench is very hard and every time i use it i end up with redpurple bruises on my back from lifting my weights

Sometimes depending on the move i can lay a towel down but most moves i cannot

The side levers to pull the legs down required a little bit of an effort for me

I had to manually tug at it to get it to release but it was fine once it came out and snapped into place
